I just used these item on my husband. This is so awesome! When you put the wand together it generates a light through the clear end of the wand. It lights up the war canal and you can clearly see everything you need to see. I am so in love with it. I pulled something out of my husbands war like I have never seen. It was was huge and nasty, I couldn't believe what I was capable to pull out without being in an doctors office. Great
