This is your typical scale. However the coloring is very nice. The other thing that I really like about this Hippih scale is you can step on it right away and it will give you your weight. I own another scale that you have to tap first and wait for the scale to start up before you can step in it otherwise it won't give you your actual weight. This scale makes it much easier and faster to get your weight.
