good, but not ultra fine waterproof

I didnt get these for my eyes. Instead I got them to mess around and color some black and white tattoos I have just for fun. 

That being said

Colorful... yes. Matte... yes.

Smudge proof but not water tight... whatever that means. Im guessing water resistant or water proof. They will run or smear with water. But they also blend well with water if youre looking for a fade from one color to another. I've read other reviews where they've said it is waterproof... well the pens I got must not have been the same thing. I could lick my finger and smear the color around pretty easily.

U wouldnt say ultra fine... you're not doing teeny tiny details... but it is a fine tip which would work for bold chunky color
