You get just what it tell you.  It comes with 4 pieces and sizes small and large.  It is made from a gel like material.  It is comfortable and eases the pain.  It takes a bit to get used to wearing but when you are dealing with bunion pain everyday it isn't any worse.  But like I said after you get used to it and get it just where it needs to be it does ease the pain.  Easy to clean using soap and water.
