gave this 4 stars only because the brushes bristles were hard. This set is great for any artist who loves to paint. It comes with 12 different paints but you can easily mix them to make different colors. I love that it comes with 3 8x10 canvases. I have 3 kids and each one gets one and there is no arguing. Highly recommend this this for any artist youn or old. This is a perfect gift for them.
