Item as described

This is a good kit for making a small balloon garland. the pictures definitely show more than what is included but like I said this is a good kit to start with. The balloons are the size and style that they show. It also does include the ribbon and balloon tape strips are described. The packaging was just bags inside of bag with not directions, so you definitely need to know how to use it when you buy it. Overall it was as described and not a bad start to making a party balloon arch.
