I love that you just tap this to turn it on. I've placed it on my nightstand and since I get up frequently it's very convenient to just tap it rather than searching for a knob to turn. And I like that I can dim the light so that when I use it at night it doesn't disturb anyone else. It works well and is the perfect size for my bedside table. I'm very pleased.
