I love the cordless feature of this skipping rope. On my work breaks, I usually jump in place to keep my energy up but since I can’t use a jump rope inside, I have to mimic it by jumping in place. Now, with using the cordless feature it has really added an extra umph to my jumps. You wouldn’t think it would make that much of a difference, but it really does. Now, I’m toning my arms as well as getting in mini cardio workouts through-out the day. The handles are very comfortable to hold and look nice. Big added bonuses are the extras you get with this, an actual jumping rope attachment, a headband, a spikey massage ball that feels heavenly, a trigger point ball, a wonderful resistance band that is very heavy duty and some arm sleeves.
