Good size, big enough for larger puzzles. The felt is fairly thick. It's got an inflatable tube that the puzzle wraps around, so the pieces stay in place. Then of course, it deflates to make it more compact for storage. Now I can start working on this Christmas puzzle I have here a little at a time, and maybe have it done in time for Christmas.
