The quality of this item is very poor. I did not see that it helped all that much and it was aggravating because it was always getting stuck at different places in my house. I would have to get up and down so many times. Once or twice it just started spinning around in a circle. I had to go and move it slightly, but I had to do it so often that I honestly gave this product away for free to a family member.
