Nice color options if it works

I purchased two of these, one came with no damage and works great. The other one however was cracked all the way across and the base wouldn't work even after charging overnight. I let the seller know and they basically said that they would refund me if I ordered another one and then left feedback, then they would refund my money that I spent ordering the new one....That doesn't even make sense because I should just be able to send back the damaged one to have it replaced or refunded. Not happy at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
