This pillow is so comfortable that once you lay your head kn it you just want to nap. I gave used pillows from serta, costco, and other companies that claim that there pillow will let you do this or tgat. This pillow literally is the best pillow I have ever owned. It's so comfortable I didn't even need to add the extra filling
