Overall, I agree the packaging does looks cheap, but the actual wireless charger itself looks nice and modern. It is very compact and ultra thin (see pics attached).
Works great with my old iPhone 8 Plus and now with my new iPhone 11 Pro Max. I connect it to my computer via USB and let my phone charge wirelessly while I'm working. I would have to use a fast charging brick (not included) and cable to test out the "Fast Charging" capabilities. Which i have not done yet since fast charging is not optimal for the longevity of your device's battery.
Since this wireless pad is so small and compact i use it alongside a Licheers aluminum stand that sits on my desk. This way i can view use my phone as it is charging wirelessly (pics also attached). For anyone interested, here is the Amazon link for the stand:
