This is a brightly colored shower curtain. The owls really brighten up my bathroom. This is a plastic shower curtain. The description says its fabric.  Which is disappointing.  I hope it lasts !!! I have 4 kids!! This shower curtain comes with shower curtain rings.  Which is a huge plus.  Since my rings always end up broken.
