I cook for hours a day on average. Although not used nearly as much as my knives, I use kitchen shears on a regular basis. Until I found these, I can say that all the shears have been basically the same design with differing levels of quality. However, these from CUSIBOX are a game changer. First, they are made well. Less plasticy parts and more steel. Second, they come apart simply and effortlessly. Third, the design is very different and makes far more sense. One side is shaped like a santoku knife and helps when cutting thinker pieces of meat like a chicken breast. All in all, this new take on kitchen shears just works and I couldn't be happier. The old set of shears found a new home in my kids art chest.
