This device is specifically designed to send electric shocks in varying strengths, controlable by the wearer, through 3 metal plates directly into the muscles and nerves of the person wearing it. This is technically electro-shock therapy, it is NOT a massage. The shock it sends barely on half strength, is strong enough to cause an intense pain and immediate recoil reaction if you simply try and touch the plates with your fingertips. Any device designed to send electric current from bare metal directly into someone's body, especially into their neck at the base of teur skull, should be required by law to provide detailed and accurate instructions on how to properly and safely use the device without causing serious bodily injury, electrocution, or potentially death, translated accurately in the native language commonly spoken in that country! If you are going to sell a product that directly poses the risks associated with electricity in the USA, it needs to include instruction translated in English. No exceptions.
