Way too small - hurts

I really needed this swim hat and was very disappointed to find it was WAY too small. I am a small person but this hat would only fit a small child.  I thought maybe the silicone would stretch far enough that I could use it but it compressed my head so much it left a red welt after just a short time and hurt pretty badly.  The hat doesn't have hardly any stretch at all.  The shape and size are totally wrong.  Very disappointing.
