I absolutely love that the battteries fit perfect in my name brand controlers.  They came with 2 batteries which is helpful.  You do have to use some force to put the stand together.  Hint angle the top piece forward and then with a bit of force to click it into place. It comes with a cable but no wall unit for the charger.
