I'm Loving This!

I’m really loving this Fascia Roller. It’s too soon to be able to tell if this is really working, but in the meantime, I’m enjoying the massaging benefits of it. I’m liking it to a jade roller but this has the added benefit of the bumps that gets deeper into your skin. I use this at night while watching tv and it’s really relaxing and feels so good. I’ve also used it on my head and can see where this would help alleviate any headaches. I’ve seen the fascia tools that you have to use an oil to lubricate the tool so that it glides on your skin. With this roller, you don’t need to worry about the messiness of the oil since the roller does it all. Any type of massage is beneficial so regardless this is a great product to have in your beauty arsenal.
