i actually ordered these to use as cake decorating tools and they work perfectly to cut my fondant and to stencil on the cakes for pipping decorations they are the perfect size for writing on my cakes. i think they may be just a little small for biscuits even mini biscuits but they do work perfectly for what i ordered them for.
