I am a woman at an age that it is becoming harder and harder to see and putting on makeup is becoming a challange. This mirror with it's 10x magnifying lets me see every little detail so putting on makeup or doing my eyebrows or plucking a hairout of my eye is easy because I can see every detail. The suction is strong enough that I don't have to worry about it falling off my bathroom mirror. It is lighted and you can use 3 AAA batteries or plug it in with the USB plug that is included. It is attractive enough to fit in with my bathroom decor and it is small enough to pack and take on a trip. I love it!!!
