I originally used these on a vanity mirror, but the adhesive ended up peeling off and the lights slowly began slipping off of it. I tried using 3m and other adhesive to try and put them back on, but nothing seemed to work. I did REALLY enjoy the lights and love how much you can adjust the brightness, but since I couldn't seem to adhere them to anything, I ended up hanging them up on my wall around a large picture, and they look amazing! Overall, great lights but need better adhesive!
