I received my scale in 2 days, and took it out of the box, put in the two AAA Batteries which were Included !! And it was all set !! Just needed to choose if I wanted grams, ounces, lbs, etc...! I weighed several things that already had the weight on it and it was accurate !! Its a very good size scale, with a beautiful stainless steel shine !!
