I got this for my son who loves unicorns. It takes 2 AA. The little faux bulbs alternate and change many different colors. I like how when the batteries are low it will give you a warning from changing to multiple colors to only turning red. I think that's pretty neat. Another awesome thing my son loved was the bonus stickers. He stuck them by his wall near his bed. Although they did not last long as they started peeling a few hours later. Overall really cute light.
