One of the best kitchen gadgets I have ever bought. I wish I have had something like this when I was single. Even bought an extra case of sealing bags! Well, I decided to test this sealer with a few "chorizos" and its very efficient and smooth! Yes, smooth operation, easy to use and not noisy! With this sealer you can season, marinate, portion, all kinds of meats, poultry and so on, seal them, freeze them and have them ready when deciding to cook. And if you have a Sous Vide (but even a big pot with boiling water would do) like I do, you will be happy to know that you can cook your sealed food without opening the bag! So far I am impressed and happy with my purchase.
