it actually worked to a degree. I noticed I was feeling tired more and recovering slowly and a buddy made a joke about being Low T and when I looked up the symptoms...I had at least 3! figured I'd give these a shot based on bodybuilding reviews and after about 20 days I felt better, and stronger. My recovery time sped up noticeably and workouts feel like they did a few years ago. worth noting that I started take 4 at a time for 10 days, then dropped it down to 2 for another 15 and up to 3 a day now. so far its helped
