I have to say I had my doubts on this product. First how would this work and why. Well it works and the way is because it lets the air get to the product we defrosted a steak last night which would have taken at least a couple of hours in 1/2 hous it was defrosted highly recomend this. I would however like to say when it came it was missing one leg but the good news was it fell out and we put together and it works great would give it A+ quality
