This is a great waist trimmer. It’s nice looking and not bulky. It fit around my waist comfortably and it definitely made me sweat. A huge plus is that it is not noticeable so no one can tell I’m wearing it. Another pro is that I’ve had some lower back pain and this applies a nice pressure that feels so good! You can even insert an icepack in the back and this belt will hold it just fine. Great product at a great price!
