This is a set of two USB-powered fans.They work by plugging them into and standard USB-A connector and they run from the 5 volts DC that USB provides. The blade is NOT guarded, so I suggest they not be used around small children. They start spinning as soon as you plug them into the USB port. Though it says otherwise, they do not appear to have built-in rechargeable batteries. When you unplug them they stop immediately.
