I use a lot of garlic

I even grow 3 different kinds here every year.  I cook lots of roasts, veggies and other dishes that use garlic and was looking for a good way to get it to the consistancy I needed it to be, and this does the trick.  I love the silicon tube for peeling the garlic.  I use this so much as it gets the skin off fast and easy for me.  The brush makes it easy to get the garlic off the press.  I saw on the Amazon reviews that people have used this on other root herbs so may have to try them out and see how I like it for that.  Overall, this seems like a good product and best of all, it can go in the dishwasher for easy cleaning.
