I've been recently told that Pull buoy's are perfect for anyone wanting to improve their swimming technique and this one certainly fits the mark.
nice and light weight, this buoy keeps legs afloat and helps to mimic the buoyancy of open water swimming. Perfect for training and perfecting my upper body technique without tiring my legs
