Yan Hou Tang Organic Chinese Herbal Artemisia Mugwort Tea Bags

Mugwort tea is an aquired taste and it's not for everybody. I buy it for the health benefits mainly. It's great for insomnia & some people say by drinking mugwort tea, they experience vivid dreams. It's reportedly good for the immune system & menstrual cramps - in fact there are loads of benefits. 

The Yan Hou Tang Mugwort tea arrives beautifully fresh in a resealable tin foil bag. The tea bags were good quality and looked impressive. I tend to boil my water and then leave it for a minute before I add the teabag. It somehow makes a better cuppa. Just leave it for a few minutes to steep.

I love the fact that these are organic teabags and also the wormwood used is of high quality. I'm really pleased with my purchase.
