This is by far the best kitchen knife I have ever owned. The knife is super sharp and has a great edge that is easy to keep sharp. It cleans up great, there is no way for food to get into the handle because it is one piece. It looks great and stylish, and its got an ergonomic handle that makes cutting a breeze! I am super excited about this knife! I need another one for my Motorhome! The knife comes in a very sturdy nice storage box with a plastic protector on the tip, and a cleaning cloth to keep it shiny. I bumped my finger on the blade and it actually cut me. This is the mark of a really good knife with a clean sharp edge! For what I paid for this I would pay double or more! Quality!
