Easy to use, easy to install. Can use individually or put together to make a harder workout.

Does not harm frame or wood. Love the ability to mix and match and create a workout for how I'm feeling that day.

Strong bands, no wear. Great ankle straps, they don't usually come with other exercise band packages. Bag that it comes with makes organizing a breeze. 

Very happy with this.
