Item was exactly as described. I am very surprised at how well this item works! Does exactly what it's supposed to and I can even put my iPad with its case on the holding slot above. This is without the screw even in. This item screwed in will be extremely solid and stable. I plugged my GoPRO in, iPad, Samsung wireless charger (for phone) into the usb ports, plus I plugged in my mac book to one of the 3 wall outlets and everything charged! Great and inexpensive option for upgrading your outlets! Thanks!
