I purchased this umbrella because I liked the design concept. I actually purchased it for my 6 year son and he loves looking at the map on it. When we received it he couldn't figure out how to keep it open. After I played with it for a minute, I figured out that the button on the umbrella opens it completely and locks in into place, how awesome is that, just a push of a button. That makes it so much easier for him to use. He loves this umbrella and so do I.
