When I first received this product I was a bit skeptical that it would work correctly. But after carefully following the directions the globe levitated perfectly! It was a little annoying how the globe immediately went to the top when the machine shook. But the overall structure of the machine is excellent. If you don’t shake the machine the globe levitates there for a long period of time.
