My 20 month old granddaughter is in love with babies. This is a really cute baby. She has played with it everyday since it was given to her. Full disclosure I cannot vouch for the crying sound because she took it in the bathtub when her dad was watching her and he didn't know about the voice box. Even without the crying sound it is the one doll that she plays with the majority of the time. Very good materials and easy to wipe up if any dirt gets on them.
