Sturdy workboots

These boots are solid! I mean solid! The construction is outstanding. They are very comfortable but not quite a right fit for me.
I wore them for an hour around the house before I realised they were too heavy for my purposes and health reasons.
I wear an 8 1/2 sometimes wide (toebox only not heel) so I ordered my size. The toebox was pretty good however the heel was a bit too wide. The ankle part of the boot is super stiff and taller than I expected so that felt odd to me as well.
In fact at first I felt like a how a dog must feel when someone put shoes on him. ha ha They felt very foreign and I actually thought I was walking around funny in them at first. But I got used to them except the loose heels and weight so they went back, otherwise I loved these!
They are no doubt great workboots for someone because the toebox was generous, they're made so well and tough, definitely excellent boots. I pictured myself with a good factory or outdoor job. However not exactly what I thought or a good fit for me. I had thought they would be lightweight but they were more mid to heavy weight.
