These gloves are really good to keep you from burning on the grill. This also works while baking and smoking meats. I did not feel any heat coming from these gloves. I had my honey try these gloves himself because he had big hands. They are a bit snugged he says, but they work just as good. The red rubber on the material grabs well on any material surface, which is essential for taking trays out of the hot surface. Highly recommend this if you love cooking.
