So the item arrived bent and it was supposed to be a gift.☹️ That was the negative
the positive is that everything else is great. I absolutely love the little erasers and the magnetic letters. The markers work well. So I'll give those bits as a gift I just have to go buy a new board.
I also attempted to get in touch with the seller but there was no option for me to do so.
