I waited quite a while for this to be delivered and it arrived in a trampled-looking box. It appeared smaller than anticipated and, right out of the box, did not work. I will try to replace the batteries to see if that works but so far extremely disappointed. Luckily, thanks to Rank Booster, I was able to purchase this product at a promotional price.
