Wrong size

So I was sent a size 6 which is not what the description said when I ordered it. Was supposed to be a 3-4. The quality is decent, but it won't fit my daughter for years probably so it does me no good. I saw other reviewers say the size was wrong as well. Bit disappointing to receive it for a child and have it not fit them. The seller needs to change their description or make sure they are sending the right sizes. There was no option to pick a size so it seems as if the description and title are both just wrong which is not cool.
