It's a bit of work to get it set up the first time. You have to take the wire ring, untwist it, put in into the top of the tent and tie a bunch of bows to secure it. We are using ours on our pool deck for company to use as a changing room, so we don't have a bunch of kids going in and out of the house all day. We hang ours from a tree by the pool, so we didn't have to use any screws to attatch it to the ceiling in the house.
