I have used several different device's in this such as GPS unit, dash cam, radar, detector, cell phone, will also accommodate a 4.3" screen for back up camera. love that it doesn't slide all over the dash and stays in the spot you put it in. My dash gas a pattern in it and it still sticks to that area
