I need these because I have a heel spur in one of my feet. These compression socks have significantly reduced the pain from my heel spur by keeping my foot more stable. The copper has helped with the pain also. Overall I am pleased with the purchase of these compression socks. Would I recommend this product to other people? Yes I would including friends and family.
