This is a well made, sturdy phone mount! We are using it in the basement,  attached to ceiling beam,  ..so we can watch movies,  etc while on our treadmill. There's no shaking .of the phone mounted to the treadmill and we don't have to hold our phone.  The flexible arm is so sturdy that,  once it's stretched to where you want it,  it never moves!! I would definitely recommend this item!
