Great quality and elasticated cuffs too

These rain ponchos by #TopWill are very convenient and useful to keep in your bag or car for whenever you might need them. I particularly like the elasticated cuffs as it means your sleeves don’t get wet. They go down to about knee length and also have a tie on the good which is really good as it means the hood stays on in the wind so these do a great good job of keeping you dry. I’m really happy with them and have given a couple to relatives and kept the others for my car and bag.
