I use this all the time around the house and when do my run in the afternoon. My tummy gets really sweaty while using this and i just love it because i think it works. Sweating means working lol. The size if perfect. Its really easy to clean, i just throw this in the washer and dry and use again. The only time i take this off is when i have to wash it or when i need to go somewhere. I wear it like underwerwear. Lol
