The Koogel Animal Ballons set comes with 400 balloons. We used these for the kids to play around with and have fun, and while a few popped, they had a blast. We did not see any black in our set but there is definitely a nice assortment of colors being represented. The balloons were a little more slippery than any other balloons we have used but after a quick wipe, we didn't have issues. Anyone wanting to make their own animal ballons would be an ideal purchaser of this product.
